ANEW Hotels & Resorts launched from a deep-rooted family business which originates from 1952. The ANEW brand has taken much time, thought and preparation with a long-term vision that seeks to develop a fresh take on old fashioned hospitality values – our guests really matter to us, really.

ANEW Hotels & Resorts developed because of the people in the business, with courage, passion, and a true calling to something more. With a mission to provide hotel guests with the ultimate hospitality experience -the right blend of service, luxury, and efficiency. We have a family culture and our attention to detail is firmly grounded in our people, who pride themselves on their ability to provide a truly personal touch to every guest.

ANEW Hotels & Resorts owns and manages its properties and looks for the right partners with strategic properties where there will be a long term, sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships. ANEW Hotels & Resorts’ has its head offices in Pretoria, with a strong core team all from deep hotel backgrounds. The head office runs its group Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Revenue management with a mobile team constantly communicating with the properties. We conduct our business within legal and ethical parameters and strive to be world-class in all that we do.
