This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed. ‘Deep-linking’, ’embedding’ or using analogous technology is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of this site and/or the materials contained on this site may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws or other laws.

 

Disclaimer of Warranty

The contents of this site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose and non-infringement.

The owner of this site, the authors of these contents and in general anybody connected to this site in any way, from now on collectively called “Providers”, assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in these contents.

The Providers further do not warrant, guarantee or make any representation regarding the safety, reliability, accuracy, correctness or completeness of these contents. Booking Terms and Conditions

Payment Policy

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

ANEW Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Deposit Policy

Hotel Reservations should be guaranteed – please see payment terms and conditions at the time of the booking process on the specific rate booked.

ANEW Hotels & Resorts Reserves the Right to cancel any non-guaranteed bookings at their discretion, Guests will be notified.

ANEW Hotels & Resorts accepts all major credit cards and EFT payments are permitted. Proof of payment with confirmation number as reference must be sent to the relevant Hotel via the e-mail address provided on the booking form.

All Peak Periods, which includes long weekends, Easter and Christmas Holidays, will require full prepayment to guarantee the booking. This will be non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 30 days of arrival. Should full prepayment not be received within 48 hours after receiving confirmation, ANEW Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is permitted up to 24 Hours in advance without penalty. Same day cancellations for reservations booked on prepayment terms must be cancelled before 12:00 noon to avoid the full stay’s charge.

ANEW Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to apply separate policies on individual rates – please refer to the cancellation policy on the Room Rate at the time of booking.

All Peak Periods, which includes long weekends, Easter and Christmas Holidays, will require full prepayment to guarantee the booking. This will be non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 30 days of arrival. Should full prepayment not be received within 48 hours after receiving confirmation, ANEW Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel the booking.

ANEW Hotels & Resorts reserve the right to amend and update policies at their discretion.

A no show fee will be charged in the event of a Guest not arriving at the specific hotel. It is the Guest’s responsibility to notify the hotel in writing of any cancellations.

The no show fee will be equal to 1 nights’ accommodation charge. If the reservation was guaranteed by any form of payment at the time of the reservation, this will be forfeited.

In the event of ANEW Hotels & Resorts needing to process a refund, the specific hotel in question must be contacted directly.

Arrival Policy

Following the amended Immigration Act (NO.13 of 2002), it is a legal requirement for all hotels in South Africa to keep information containing details of all Guests provided with lodging accommodation.

All Guests are required to provide proof of identification upon check in.

A copy of your Identification Document, Drivers Licence or Passport will be made upon check in.

The Credit Card used to guarantee the booking must be presented upon check in.

ANEW Hotels & Resorts will not accept EFT Proof of Payments for bookings made and arriving from Friday to Sunday.

All rooms are Non-Smoking Rooms

 

ANEW Hotels & Resorts accepts all major credit cards and EFT payments are permitted. Proof of payment with confirmation number as reference must be sent to the relevant Hotel via the e-mail address provided on the booking form.

Before making payment to the Hotel, please call the financial controller of the Hotel to verify that the bank account into which you intend making payment is a legitimate bank account of the Hotel.

Cyber criminals may use links, emails and the like that would appear to have been dispatched by the Hotel in order to persuade you to make payment into a fraudulent bank account accessible by such criminals. We therefore urge you to be diligent and verify with us the bank account details into which payment is to be made, notwithstanding receipt by you of payment details which appear to emanate from us and/or our bankers.

 

The Hotel has a policy not to advise of any change in bank account details by way of ad hoc emails. Accordingly, in the event of you receiving a communication of this nature, kindly verify with our financial controller whether this is legitimate and also copy the person responsible for your account and with whom you are accustomed to deal.

 

The Hotel shall not be responsible for any loss or damages suffered as a result of any failure on your part to take the necessary precautions and to confirm, as required above, the accuracy of the Hotel’s bank account details.

 

WhatsApp & SMS T’s & C’s

  1. SMS/WhatsApp text messages are intended to be a reasonable effort communication and represent just one component of ANEW Hotels & Resorts’ communication system.
  2. SMS/WhatsApp text message notifications may be delayed or not received during regional emergencies or other periods of high messaging traffic.
  3. Third parties can send SMS/WhatsApp text messages disguised as alerts from ANEW Hotels & Resorts and therefore you are urged to independently verify the authenticity of any message that you receive.
  4. SMS/WhatsApp text message order delivery is not always predictable.
  5. SMS/WhatsApp text message notifications from ANEW Hotels & Resorts will be presented on your mobile device in the same manner as any other SMS/WhatsApp text message.
  6. SMS/WhatsApp text messages may contain or reference trademarks or other proprietary rights of ANEW Hotels & Resorts or its affiliates. No license to or right in any such trademarks and other proprietary rights of ANEW Hotels & Resorts and/or other parties is granted to or conferred upon you.
  7. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all information contained in SMS/WhatsApp text messages is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  8. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we expressly exclude any liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the receipt, use, failure of, or inability to use, SMS/WhatsApp text messages.

 

OUR RIGHTS

 

We reserve the right to:

  1. modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part of) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or
  2. change these Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part of) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
  3. We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain the Website. The Website is subject to change from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

Monitoring

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).

 

Law

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

 

Updating of these Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.

 

Consent

I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to ANEW Hotels & Resorts and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by ANEW Hotels & Resorts for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.

ANEW Hotels & Resorts is a business in the hospitality industry that offers guests accommodation.

 

Responsibility

ANEW Hotels & Resorts takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transactions, including sale of rooms sold on this website, customer service and support and dispute resolution.

 

Variation

ANEW Hotels & Resorts may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
