Waiters

ANEW Hotels and Resorts are looking for dynamic waiter to join our growing team at ANEW Hotel Hilton. Our group prides itself on offering excellent customer service and always looks for that opportunity to be uniquely different.  This exciting role will suit somebody who is comfortable living away from the hassle and bustle of city life and who enjoys helping to grow our team of committed staff and take our property to the next level.

Job Expectations: –

  • Greet customers politely as they enter the restaurant, project a hospitable, polite, friendly, warm and smiling attitude to all employees and customers.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately including any special requests
  • Input the order into Pluspoint -Point Of Sale System
  • Monitor customer’s needs and promptly handle requests
  • Prepare to-go (doggie bag) boxes for customers
  • Bid guest’s farewell and invite them back to the restaurant on departure
  • Handle customer complaints in a polite and professional manner, if unable to assist refer to manager immediately.

 

Education and Experience Requirements: –

  • Must have grade 12.
  • High level of customer service, disciplined, organised, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English and one other language will be advantage.
  • High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
  • Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
