• Responsible for the overall running of Housekeeping department of the hotel, cost effectively and to required standard, in accordance with the Hotel’s operational requirements
  • Responsible for the overall management and upholding of standards in all rooms including hygiene and safety
  • Check all rooms on cleanliness, readiness and maintenance issues and is responsible for ensuring the Minimum guest Service Standards are being met
  • Responsible for staff training
  • Forecast anticipated volumes of business and schedule staff accordingly
  • Maintain records of stock taking etc, working to our budgeted amounts
  • Responsible for the control of all stock and the control, maintenance and cleaning of cleaning equipment and stocks.
