ANEW Rewards Help & FAQ’s

Wena Bucks are earned based on the total amount spent during your stay, as reflected in the final invoice at check-out. The more you spend, the more you earn. Wena Bucks can only be earned for reservations made directly through ANEW Hotels & Resorts’ website or by contacting central reservations.

If you would like to query your Wena Bucks balance, please log a missing stay request by logging in to the member portal and filling out the Missing Stay Requst form. Remember that you can not earn Wena Bucks if you have booked through an OTA like Booking.com; Expedia, Agoda; etc.

Due to a system switch over some members may experience an error with their email addresses not matching an active account.

Log in to the Member Portal using your chosen username and password. To reset your password, click on “Forgot Password” on the bottom left of the login page and enter the email address you used to register your profile. You will receive an email with your username and a link to reset your password.

There are three membership levels in ANEW Rewards:

• Gold: Base level membership.
• Platinum: Achieved by spending R35,000 in a 12-month period.
• Black: Achieved by spending R90,000 in a 12-month period.

1 Wena Buck earned equals R1 and can be used for future stays, food and beverage orders, and other selected hotel services. Wena Bucks earned are based on a percentage of your total invoice upon check-out, according to your membership level.

• Gold members: 5% of total spend upon check-out
• Platinum members: 10% of total spend upon check-out
• Black members: 15% of total spend upon check-out

To qualify for ANEW Rewards discounts, you must make a booking through the ANEW Hotels & Resorts website, central reservations, or directly with one of our hotels. Discounts are based on your membership level and do not apply to bookings made through third-party platforms.

Depending on your membership level, benefits include:

• Early check-in (from 11:00 am for Black members)
• Late check-out (until 2:00 pm for Black members)
• Welcome platters for Platinum and Black members
• Complimentary room upgrades (subject to availability)
• Discounts on direct bookings
• Access to exclusive offers and competitions

Yes, you can earn Wena Bucks on up to two rooms per stay, provided the bookings are made in your name for immediate family members, such as a spouse or children.

Currently, we are experiencing technical issues with partial payments using Wena Bucks. We are working to resolve this and will notify members once the system is back online.

You will automatically be upgraded to Platinum after spending R35,000 in a 12-month cycle, and to Black after spending R90,000 in a 12-month cycle. The upgrade will be communicated to you by our marketing department.

If you cancel your membership, all unredeemed Wena Bucks and rewards will be forfeited. Membership cancellation can be done at any time by sending a written notice to ANEW Hotels & Resorts.

No, ANEW Rewards does not allow multiple accounts for the same individual. If duplicate accounts are found, they will be merged into one, but only one account will retain Wena Bucks.

You can sign up for ANEW Rewards by completing an application form on our website. Membership is free and available to any individual who meets the eligibility criteria.
